We are hoping that The Virtual School will go from strength to strength in the difference it can make to ensure that our children and young people have the best chances to achieve in education, employment and training. One of the ways we are able to do this is to keep a close eye on attendance and progress. Welfare Call is an external company, commissioned to gather attendance information on our behalf. It provides a daily call to school to gather attendance marks for Children in Care. This daily call is not only so we have up-to-date data but also to ensure the safeguarding of these children and young people.
